These terms apply to your use of CamCrossing (the "site"). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please leave the site.
Adults only
CamCrossing lists adult live-cam rooms and is intended only for adults aged eighteen or over, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. By using the site you confirm that you meet this requirement and that viewing adult content is legal where you are.
What the site is
CamCrossing is an informational directory. It records the public room listings of Stripchat, Chaturbate, BongaCams, Cam4 and MyFreeCams at regular intervals and presents who is live, along with figures built from its own observations (days seen live, usual hours, average and peak audience in public rooms, followers, declared languages and country, and CamCrossing's own topic labels), for each field a platform's listing publishes. The site hosts no video and sells nothing.
Accuracy and availability
The information on CamCrossing reflects what the platforms listed publicly at the time of our checks. Rooms change status between checks, platforms change their listings, and performers change their details. CamCrossing makes reasonable efforts to keep the pages accurate but gives no guarantee that any information is complete, current or error-free, or that the site will be available at all times. Figures are observations and averages, offered for general information only.
Third-party platforms
Rooms are hosted and operated by the platforms. When you follow a link to a platform, or use a live player embedded on a Stripchat or Chaturbate profile page, you are using that platform's service, and its own terms of use, privacy policy and rules apply. CamCrossing has no control over the platforms' content, accounts, payments or policies and is not a party to any agreement between you and a platform.
Affiliate links
Links from CamCrossing to each platform may be affiliate links. CamCrossing may earn a commission when you sign up or make a purchase after following one, at no extra cost to you.
Intellectual property
Usernames, profile details and images belong to the performers and platforms concerned. Images appear on CamCrossing only while a performer is live and are served as official images from the platform; CamCrossing stores no images. The site's own texts, design, topic labels and compiled figures belong to CamCrossing. You may link to any page of the site; copying the site's content in bulk, or collecting it by automated means, requires prior written permission.
Removal requests and copyright notices
A performer who wants their profile page removed, or a rights holder who believes material on the site infringes their rights, can write to [email protected] with the URL of the page concerned. Requests are handled by a person, by email. The contact page lists what to include.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the site lawfully and to refrain from disrupting it, overloading it, or attempting to access parts of it that are not public.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, CamCrossing is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, from reliance on its information, from interruptions or errors, or from your use of a third-party platform reached through the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes
CamCrossing may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
