CamCrossing can be reached by email at [email protected]. Every message is read and handled by hand by a person. We reply as quickly as we can, usually within a few working days.

General questions

Corrections, questions about how the checks work, or remarks about a page: write to [email protected] and include the URL of the page concerned.

Profile removal requests

A performer who prefers not to have a profile page on CamCrossing can ask for it to be removed. Please include:

  • the URL of the CamCrossing profile page;
  • the platform where the account is hosted;
  • the username on that platform;
  • a way to confirm the request comes from the account holder, such as a message from the platform account.

Each platform account has its own profile page. If you stream on several platforms and want each page removed, list every URL in the same message.

Once a request is confirmed, the profile page is removed and the room is excluded from future pages on CamCrossing.

Copyright notices (DMCA)

If you believe material shown on CamCrossing infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] containing:

  • your name and contact details (postal address, telephone number and email address);
  • a description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed;
  • the URL of each CamCrossing page where the material appears;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
  • a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf;
  • your physical or electronic signature.

Keep in mind that live video and performer images are served directly by the platforms. CamCrossing stores no images, so a notice about content on a platform itself should also be sent to that platform.

Platform accounts and payments

Accounts, tokens, payments and shows are managed by each platform. For questions about any of these, contact the platform's own support team through its help pages.
